PSPA quality targets are as follows.

1. Having minimum 80% of S1 SF-ITB graduates to become participants of PSPA SF-ITB
2. Having ≥ 80% timely graduation
3. Waiting time for graduates for getting a job ≤ 3 months
4. Having ≥ 90% graduate user satisfaction
5. Having at least 10 graduates in the first 5 years of becoming an entrepreneur

1. Penerimaan langsung

Sarjana Farmasi lulusan ITB dengan tanggal ijazah maksimum 5 tahun terhitung tanggal penerimaan mahasiswa, dapat diterima secara langsung menjadi mahasiswa Program Profesi Apoteker di Sekolah Farmasi-ITB

2. Ujian Seleksi

Disamping penerimaan langsung, penerimaan mahasiswa Program Profesi Apoteker di Sekolah Farmasi-ITB juga dilakukan melalui ujian seleksi.  Peserta yang diterima melalui ujian seleksi adalah: 

• – Sarjana Farmasi lulusan perguruan tinggi lain yang terakreditasi
• – Sarjana Farmasi lulusan ITB, yang terhitung tanggal penerimaan mahasiswa sudah lulus lebih dari 5 tahun (terhitung tanggal ijazah Sarjana Farmasi).

Ujian seleksi bertujuan memilih Sarjana Farmasi yang memenuhi standar kompetensi minimum Sarjana Farmasi lulusan ITB untuk mengikuti Program Profesi Apoteker di ITB. Ujian seleksi diselenggarakan oleh Panitia penerimaan calon mahasiswa PSPA yang dibentuk oleh Dekan SF ITB.

    2.1 Prosedur Pendaftaran

The registration procedure for candidates in the selection test is as follows: 

• Calon peserta mendaftar secara online melalui https://admission.itb.ac.id
• Calon peserta melakukan upload dokumen persyaratan administrasi pada saat registrasi. Dokumen tersebut terdiri dari: 
  • Ijazah Sarjana Farmasi asli
  • Transkrip nilai Sarjana Farmasi asli,
  • Pas foto berwarna terbaru dengan ukuran 4×6 cm, 
  • Bukti kepemilikan asuransi kesehatan (dapat memfasilitasi rawat inap karena sakit), 
  • Surat keterangan bebas buta warna asli dari Dokter Spesialis Mata,
  • Surat pernyataan kesiapan mengikuti Program Profesi Apoteker ITB, 
  • Surat pernyataan keaslian dokumen, Surat kesanggupan membiayai pendidikan,
  • Pelunasan biaya registrasi dan bukti akreditasi Perguruan Tinggi asal.

• Calon peserta seleksi membayar biaya ujian seleksi yang ditetapkan berdasarkan SK Rektor ITB
• Pendaftaran dilakukan sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan oleh Direktorat Pendidikan ITB

    2.2 Jadwal Seleksi

The selection test is held in 2 periods a year, namely June-July and November-December.

Requirements for Taking the Selection Test

The requirements for taking the selection test are as follows:

• Prospective participants who do not complete the administrative requirements for registration by the time limit specified in point 3.2.1 are considered to have resigned.
• Prospective participants have 2 (two) opportunities to take the Selection Test. Those who are not present to take the selection test are considered to have resigned, but are not counted as 1 (one) opportunity.

    2.3 Prosedur Ujian Seleksi

The selection test procedure is as follows:

Prospective participants are required to be present at least 30 minutes before the test takes place.

• Prospective participants are required to bring the identity card of the selection test participants.
• Prospective participants occupy the seats provided in accordance with the participant number.
• During the test, prospective participants:
  • are not allowed to bring cellphone/other communication tools
  • are allowed to bring standard calculator
  • just write down the participant number on each test sheet
• The test takes place in 4 sessions, each session is 45 minutes long, with 5 minutes of rest between sessions.

    2.4 Materi Ujian Seleksi

The materials for selection test cover 4 fields/groups of material which are the pillars of science as follows:

1. Pharmaceutical Biology
2. Pharmacochemistry
3. Pharmacology – Clinical Pharmacy
4. Pharmaceutics 

Selection test questions can be in the form of multiple choice and/or essays, focused on solving pharmaceutical problems. The questions in the selection test are made based on the material grid for each group of material which is the minimum requirement to be mastered by a Bachelor of Pharmacy graduate.

    2.5 Cara Penilaian Hasil Ujian Seleksi

The policy for assessing the selection test results is different for each specialization.

For production and quality control (Produksi dan Pengawasan Mutu, PPM) specialization, the applied criteria are as follows:

1. calculation of the final score of the selection test is based on the weight value for each field of 25%;
2. Peserta dinyatakan lulus ujian seleksi jika nilai akhir ujian seleksi ≥ 55 dan nilai tiap bidang > 50 atau nilai rata-rata ≥ 60 tetapi ada nilai satu bidang antara 40-50
3. Peserta yg sudah mengikuti ujian seleksi ke 2 kali, dapat dinyatakan lulus ujian seleksi jika nilai rata-rata ≥ 55 dan hanya satu bidang mempunyai nilai antara 40 – 50.

For specialization in pharmacy services (pelayanan farmasi, PF), the applied criteria are as follows:

1. calculation of the final score of the selection test is based on the weight value, namely 40% of Pharmacology-Clinical Pharmacy and 20% of each in other fields.
2. participants are declared to have passed the selection test if the final score of the selection test is ≥55, with a score in the field of Pharmacology-Clinical Pharmacy ≥50 and other fields ≥40.
3. Peserta yg sudah mengikuti ujian seleksi ke 2 kali, dapat dinyatakan lulus ujian seleksi jika nilai rata-rata ≥ 55 dan hanya satu bidang mempunyai nilai antara 40 – 50.

Description:

• Participants for the selection test in ‘passed’ category register as prospective participants in the Pharmacist Profession Program for the semester that will take place soon
• The number of participants who are undergraduate pharmacy graduates from other universities who take Pharmacist Profession Study Program is a maximum of 30% per number of students/year.
• If the number of participants who pass the selection exceeds the maximum limit of 30% per year, then a ranking will be determined. Participants who have passed with the lower rank will be waiting list participants for the next semester’s lectures without having to take the selection test anymore.

    2.6 Pengelompokan Peminatan

Candidates for the selection test submit their chosen interest at the time of registration for the selection test. Based on the minimum scores in each field and the final scores of the selection test obtained, the specialization that will be followed by the participants in the Pharmacist Profession Program is determined at the plenary meeting. Participants in the selection test with a choice of specialization in Production and Quality Control (PPM) and do not meet the passing criteria, but pass based on the criteria for specialization in Pharmaceutical Services (PF) may be advised to move to the specialization in Pharmacy Services.

 

Program Studi Profesi Apoteker Sekolah Farmasi ITB menyelenggarakan 2 jalur peminatan, yaitu (1) Peminatan Produksi & Pengawasan Mutu (PPM), dan (2) Pelayanan Farmasi (PF) yang berbeda dalam pemilihan mata kuliah, kerja praktek profesi dan ujian akhir apoteker Institusi yang disesuaikan dengan fokus bidang tugas lulusan kedua peminatan tersebut. Untuk memperoleh sertifikat kompetensi, satu tahapan yang harus ditempuh oleh Apoteker yaitu sertifikasi kompetensi melalui Uji Kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia (UKAI).
