GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
In the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka, this program, there are several general requirements that must be met by students and universities, including the following:
- Students come from accredited study programs.
- Students who are currently enrolled and have registered with the Higher Education Database (PDDikti).
- By developing academic guidelines, universities are expected to develop and facilitate the implementation of the Independent Learning program.
- The programs that are put in place should be planned and agreed upon by universities and partners.
- The Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka Program may take the form of a national program developed by the Ministry or a program developed by universities listed in the Higher Education Database (PDDikti).
STUDENTS’ SUBMISSION MECHANISM FOR MBKM ACTIVITIES
All ITB School of Pharmacy students are eligible and voluntarily participate in the Independent Learning Program-Independent Campus (MBKM). However, several conditions must be met before the activity can be approved by the Study Program.
The process of submitting student participation in Merdeka Learning activities are as follows:

- Students complete the MBKM registration form, which is included in the documents related to activity submission listed below.
- Students submit MBKM activities for review to the Guardian Lecturer.
- Students obtain the guardian lecturer's approval after submitting proof of completing a letter of recommendation.
- The MBKM SF team will review the activities and make an adjustment based on the topics, courses covered, and credits available.
- The MBKM team will make recommendations to the Head of the Study Program for further consideration.
- The MBKM activity will be approved by the Study Program's Head, who will also appoint a supervisor for this program.
